A federal investigation into a state agency
When Arizona faith-based providers were effectively told that working with the state meant setting aside their faith, they refused — and CAP carried their cause to the highest level. On December 9, 2025, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights opened a federal investigation into ADHS. Your investment is what put CAP in that fight.
