He’s just this guy, you know? Freethinker and adventurer. Lifelong pacifist. Vegetarian for 40 years. Childfree by choice. Triple Crown backpacker. Completed hiking the Appalachian, Pacific Crest, and Continental Divide Trails. Also completed the Arizona Trail, Colorado Trail, Ouachita, Ozark Highlands, Alabama Pinhoti, John Muir, and Lonestar Trails. Climbed over 1,200 mountains, including all summits over 13,000 feet in Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico. Support the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Uphold the Kellogg-Briand Pact outlawing war. Abolish nuclear weapons. Reduce US military budget 90%. Close all foreign military bases. End foreign military aid. Oppose Israeli genocide against Gaza. Fund humanitarian aid to end world hunger. Impeach and convict Trump and his entire cabinet. Abolish US Senate. Elect Congress by hybrid proportional representation to secure fair, inclusive multi-party representation in government. Switch to a parliamentary system. A chief executive with strictly limited authority should be selected by a unicameral Congress, subject to removal on a vote of no confidence. Each generation should create its own Constitution. Support a national initiative and referendum process, public campaign financing, and ballot access reform. Support fair trade policies, freedom of travel and migration. No border wall. Abolish ICE. Repeal Homeland Security Act. Establish a universal basic income. Use carbon taxes to include environmental impacts in true cost pricing. End corporate welfare. Medicare for all.
