Paul Carver is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, North Phoenix native, and father of eight with deep roots in Arizona. Raised locally, Carver attended Deer Valley Unified School District schools before serving in the military. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and works professionally as a field support analyst in systems management. A dedicated community leader, Carver serves as President of the Deer Valley Unified School District Governing Board. Grounded by his military discipline, corporate career, and public service, Carver earned a spot on the general election ballot for the Arizona House of Representatives.

“As President of the Deer Valley Unified School District Governing Board, I have spent my tenure championing transparency, parental rights, and fiscal accountability in public education. Now, I am asking for your vote to bring that same principled, results-oriented leadership to the Arizona House of Representatives for Legislative District 2.
Our community faces vital challenges that demand practical, battle-tested solutions. As a Marine Corps veteran, business analyst, and father, I understand the direct impact of state policy on our families, local businesses, and neighborhood schools. My platform centers on four core pillars: protecting taxpayer dollars through strict fiscal discipline, empowering parents to make the best educational choices for their children, strengthening public safety by fully supporting our first responders, and addressing critical water concerns to secure the future of the Valley.
After earning my place on the general election ballot through a successful primary write-in effort, I am deeply honored by the grassroots support of our community. Legislative District 2 deserves a representative who listens, operates with integrity, and delivers accountable governance.
