11. Requiring election procedures that ensure voter identification verification and ballot security. S* Elections are the foundation of our Republic. We need to ensure every vote cast is done by legal voters.
12. Enacting a legislative referral that would ask voters to repeal Arizona Proposition 139, the constitutional right to abortion. S* I’d support a referral to ban the grotesque late term abortion that was passed in the 2024 by the voters. The voters spoke in 2024, but many we’re fooled by deceptive ads and would vote to repeal many of the items from that proposition.
13. Expanding current marijuana laws to increase accessibility to recreational marijuana for adults. O
