Prior to that, I was chief deputy for 22 years and 5 1/2 years as a trial prosecutor before that. I am a JAG officer in the Arizona Army National Guard. I achieved the rank of lieutenant colonel in 2021.

Statement:

I am the current Yavapai County Attorney after being appointed by the Board of Supervisors (December of 2022). Prior to that, I was chief deputy county attorney for 22 years (5½ years as a trial prosecutor before that). I am also a lieutenant colonel in the Arizona Army National Guard. You could say that this job is in my DNA.

I am running to maintain the best county attorney’s office in the state of Arizona. I am running to do the job of maintaining a high level of public safety in this community. I am running to fight the disease of wokeness from creeping into my community in the form of “criminal justice reform.” I am fighting to keep us from being the next California/Portland/Seattle.
