Joseph Chaplik is a business leader, entrepreneur, and conservative public servant with nearly three decades of executive experience building and managing high-performing companies. Before entering public office, he worked with Fortune 500 telecommunications firms and later founded Joseph Bernard Investment Real Estate in 2005, growing it into a multi-state firm with more than $1 billion in sales volume.
In 2020, Chaplik stepped into public service to fight for Arizona families, taxpayers, and small businesses winning his first primary and general elections. He has since been elected and re-elected to the Arizona House of Representatives, first in Legislative District 23 and later in Legislative District 3, consistently earning strong support from voters and winning multiple competitive races with decisive margins.
During his time in office, Chaplik has built a reputation as a principled, results-driven legislator. He is a founding member of the Arizona Freedom Caucus and has earned consistent 100% ratings from leading conservative organizations, including the Arizona Free Enterprise Club and the Center for Arizona Policy. His legislative focus has centered on reducing government overreach, protecting individual freedoms, securing communities, and promoting fiscal responsibility.
Beyond business and politics, Chaplik is deeply committed to his community. He has served on nonprofit boards, supported law enforcement through the U.S. Marshals Posse and the Maricopa County Sheriffs Memorial Fund, and participated in local initiatives such as Shop with a Cop and community events across Arizona.
