Biographical Info:

My family has been in Arizona since the 1800s, and I grew up in Tucson. My parents instilled in me a strong work ethic, and I spent decades working for various painting companies, including ten years at Card Express Painting. In 2017, I started my own business, Butierez Painting, leading crews since I was 21. I understand firsthand what it means to earn a paycheck, work hard, and build something from the ground up.
For over two decades, CD 7 has been represented by leaders who have not fully listened to all constituents. I am running to represent everyone, Democrats, Republicans, and independents alike, and to ensure our district has a representative who understands real-life challenges, values diverse perspectives, and works for the entire community, not just a select few.

Statement:

I’m running for Congress in CD 7 because our district deserves representation that truly listens to everyone. For over two decades, this seat has been held by leaders who, despite good intentions, have not represented all constituents. We continue down the same path, with new leadership following the same approaches that have left many voices unheard. I believe it’s time for a change. My goal is to represent all people, Democrats, Republicans, and independents alike, not just those who already agree with me. I will listen, engage, and make decisions based on the needs of the entire district. CD 7 deserves a representative who puts the community first, values diverse perspectives, and works for everyone, not just a select few.
