Biographical Info:

Michael Del Prete is a Phoenix resident, small-business owner, real estate investor, and Executive Director of the Arizona Real Estate Investors Association. He has more than 20 years of experience in real estate and has built and operated multiple businesses. Michael is running for Phoenix City Council District 6 to bring practical business experience, accountability, and a resident-first approach to City Hall.

Statement:

I’m running because Phoenix residents are paying more, waiting longer, and getting less from City Hall. Public safety is understaffed, housing is increasingly unaffordable, and basic city services are not keeping pace with our growth. As a small-business owner and longtime real estate professional, I’ve spent my career solving problems, managing budgets, and serving people. I want to bring that practical experience and accountability to City Hall, return residents’ calls, and ensure Phoenix focuses on the core services that directly affect their quality of life. This is my home too, and I believe District 6 deserves a responsive councilmember who puts residents first.
