Biographical Info:

Grew up in Mesa. Attended Mesa public schools. Served a two year, Spanish speaking mission. I enjoy reading my favorite book, The Book of Mormon, in all the “romantic” languages: Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Romanian and Catalan. I have served in the AZ Legislature three times. I have been the chairman of Senate committees: Financial Institutions, Finance, Government, Transportation, Education, JCCR and currently serve as chairman of: Appropriations, Transportation, Technology, Rules and JLBC.

Statement:

Serving in the Senate allows me to help pass good laws to protect our freedom and also to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
