To expand on my achievements: The only statewide elected official fighting woke philosophies: started fighting in 2008. Fighting hard against DEI. In Court to keep boys out of girls’ sports. My primary opponent has done none of these things and is on the DEI committee of the National Association of State Treasurers. I am widely attacked for my support of school choice, especially ESA’s. I have been fighting to get focus on academics, book in classrooms, and helping schools improve academics. Under project momentum sent department employees to help schools. Those participating had double the progress of nonparticipants in reading, and triple in math. Sent department employees to help with a poor school and increased math scores 27%. A project for the bottom 5% of schools resulted in 80% no longer being in the bottom 5%.
