I am staunchly pro-life, beginning at conception, and believe in order to turn our country around the nation MUST turn back to Jesus Christ. We are privileged to live in America for such a time as this and I believe America’s best days are ahead. Only righteousness exalts a nation, and we must all get on our face before the living God and ask Him for help.

My extensive legislative experience, 8 years total, as well as a Reserve Deputy Marshal, enables me to immediately get to work on things like securing our borders, and balancing our federal budget. I will do everything I can to disarm every federal agency that has been weaponized against American citizens and stop the waste of taxpayer dollars.

God is raising up righteous leaders and my trust is in Him. I cast votes based on the United States Constitution and a biblical worldview. I am not in government to please lobbyists or politicians. I am in government to please my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and to represent the “Kings and Queens” in my district which is you, the voters of CD08.

Israel is our strongest ally, and I have visited the country 3 different times. The bible clearly says, ‘I will bless those that bless you and I will curse those who curse you (Israel)’. I will always support Israel.

Question Response Comments/Notes
1. Securing the border by preventing all illegal crossings. S* Since Biden has taken office there have been over 9 million illegals invading our nation from 165 different countries. President Trump was the only President that had our border secure. I will ensure Trump has the financial resources to finish building the wall.
2. Amending the Arizona State Constitution to grant a fundamental right to every individual to an abortion. O* Staunchly oppose. Life begins at conception. "Before you were in the womb, I knew you" are the words of our Creator. If our nation is going to get back on track it must get back to supporting life.
3. Appointing federal judges who will interpret the U.S. Constitution according to the framers’ original intent or text, rather than by evolving standards. S* The Constitution is a divinely inspired document, not a "living document". It does not change with culture. Judges rule on precedent or "shadow intent" instead of original intent and text. Congress must appoint and confirm judges who are strict constitutionalists.
4. Adding "sexual orientation," "gender identity," and "gender expression" to the protected classes of race, religion, age, sex, and ancestry in nondiscrimination law. O* There are only two genders, male and female. As a nation we must turn back to what the bible says about marriage and sexual expression. Our culture is confused because there is no moral foundation. Pray up! Stand up! Speak up!
5. Allowing all parents to use tax credits and taxpayer funded empowerment scholarship accounts to enable their children to attend any private school, homeschool, or online academy of their choice. S* As a legislator I had the privilege of voting "YEA" on several bills relating to parental choice in their child's education. Many government run schools have become indoctrination camps. The only way to combat this is by allowing parents to have their tax dollars follow their child's education.
6. Amending the U.S. Constitution to require Congress to balance the federal budget every year. S* I am involved in the Article V Balanced Budget Amendment movement and will sponsor a bill to force Washington DC to balance their budget. Politicians must stop spending our children's future. Arizona has a balanced budget, so should the federal government.
7. Using taxpayer funds to support any organization that performs, promotes, or provides referrals for abortion. O* I absolutely do not support tax dollars being spent on abortion. I do support faith-based adoption agencies and organizations assisting women with unplanned pregnancies. We must do better at helping places like Crisis Pregnancy Centers.
8. Interpreting the 2nd Amendment as protecting an individual’s right to keep and bear arms. S* My first piece of legislation at the state legislature was a bill to protect our 2nd Amendment. It was signed into law and enshrined our right to keep and bear arms in every Arizona city. Each person has a right to bear arms to protect themselves and their families, and to keep a tyrannical government at bay.
9. Allowing individuals and businesses to not provide services or promote ideas that violate their moral or religious beliefs. S* A business owner or individual has the right to practice their moral or religious belief. Whether it is making cakes, arranging flowers, or creating art, an individual or business can refuse service and the person refused has the right to go somewhere else. It's called freedom.
10. Federalizing election law by removing state authority over elections. O* Not on my watch. Take power away from the federal government by removing all federal agencies and giving it back to the individual states. Disarm every federal agency and remove their rulemaking authority. I have done this at the state level and will fight to do it at the national level.
11. Eliminating the filibuster rule requiring 60 votes in the U.S. Senate to move most legislation. O* The founders wanted to make it very difficult to pass laws. That is good. The filibuster rule basically mandates politicians work together and if it is eliminated then only a simple majority will get things passed. That would be bad for the country.
12. Regulating or banning social media platforms that are owned or controlled by certain foreign governments. S* Section 230 protects social media platforms and should be removed. Chinese owned Tik Tok (which I have never used) must be banned and all foreign government involvement with social media should be extremely limited.
