Meet the Candidate
Running For:City Council
Occupation:I am currently an Uber & Lyft driver because it allows for the flexible schedule during the campaign.
Family:I am a single mother of a 15 year old son and 4 rescue dogs.
Religion:I am Catholic and go to church every Sunday prior to the COVID - 19 pandemic. Will resume attendance when it is safe.
Statement:I am running for City Council because I want to help the Community and be their voice which is what the position is intended. 2 years I had been going to City Council and Community meetings where my City Councilman was in attendance and I noticed that the voice of the Community was not being relayed to the City Council members as it was supposed to be. I am a regular hardworking person like each of you. I am not running to make a notch in my political belt, to get insider information because I am part of a development nonprofit group or to get rich. I am running to be the voice of the people in which this position was created.
