Biographical Info:

Rooted deeply in the principles of the Constitution and the vision of our founding fathers, I am a proud first-generation American, embodying the boundless opportunities that define our nation. My family’s journey from humble beginnings—my grandfather’s evolution from coal miner to electrician, and my son’s prestigious path to West Point—illustrates a steadfast commitment to the American dream. My wife, whose father served in the Air Force, significantly contributes to our nation’s advancement through her roles in aerospace and civil engineering projects.

As President of TruNorth Advisors, I lead with over 15 years of experience in managing marketing teams and strategizing impactful business growth solutions. My expertise spans web development, e-commerce, social media, reputation management, and search engine marketing. Through these skills, I craft effective, conversion-based marketing strategies that drive success.

My dedication extends beyond the corporate world to fostering strong communities and ethical business practices. I actively partner with local nonprofits and community programs, supporting missions that strengthen our societal fabric. My innovative approach to marketing has garnered several national awards, underscoring my commitment to excellence.

I pledge to honor the Constitution and champion the values of liberty, hard work, and possibility. My campaign is committed to upholding these core ideals, ensuring that our nation lives up to its promise as a land where every voice matters and freedom reigns. Together, we will build a future that honors our heritage and embraces the potential of every American.

This past summer, as my son embarked on his journey to West Point, he left a profound void in our home. Previously, our family’s life was rich with shared moments, and his departure marked a significant shift. It was during this period of reflection that I felt a compelling urge to give back to the community that had given us so much. Coincidentally, my tenure as President of the Men’s Arts Council concluded, opening a new chapter and the bandwidth necessary to embrace a greater challenge.

Inspired by my son’s commitment to our nation, I found myself driven to match his dedication in my own way. After thorough consideration and research, I determined that pursuing a role as a state legislator represents the most effective path for me to contribute positively to our community. I am deeply passionate about our country, and I am eager to utilize my skills and experience to serve and represent the people of Arizona with integrity and dedication.

Question Response Comments/Notes
1. Interpreting the 2nd Amendment as protecting an individual’s right to keep and bear arms. S* I firmly support the Second Amendment as a foundational element of the Constitution, recognizing it as essential to American liberty and personal freedom. The Founding Fathers understood the importance of the right to bear arms in safeguarding against tyranny and ensuring personal security. This right empowers citizens, supporting the principle of individual responsibility and maintaining a balance of power between the state and the individual. Moreover, the Second Amendment honors our heritage and the role of arms in our national history, from the Minutemen to today. While advocating for this right, I also emphasize the need for responsible gun ownership, which includes education, training, and stringent background checks to ensure safety and respect for the community. By championing the Second Amendment, we uphold the liberties enshrined in our Constitution and ensure the safety and freedom of future generations.
2. Adding “sexual orientation,” “gender identity,” or “gender expression” to the protected classes of race, religion, age, sex, and ancestry in nondiscrimination law. O
3. Amending the Arizona State Constitution to grant a fundamental right to every individual to an abortion. O
4. Securing the border by preventing all illegal crossings. S* As a dedicated advocate for the safety and prosperity of Arizona, I firmly believe in the necessity of securing our border to prevent all illegal crossings. This commitment is not only about enforcing our laws but also about safeguarding the economic and social wellbeing of our communities. Arizona, sharing a lengthy border with Mexico, faces unique challenges that necessitate robust border security. Illegal crossings can strain our local resources, affect public safety, and complicate the fair application of our immigration policies. By securing our borders, we ensure that immigration is managed in a way that is fair to both current citizens and those who wish to come to America legally. Effective border security involves a multifaceted approach: utilizing advanced technology for surveillance, enhancing physical barriers where necessary, and ensuring that our border patrol agents are well-supported and adequately resourced. These measures will deter illegal crossings while streamlining legal entry processes, reflecting our nation's values of fairness and opportunity. Moreover, securing our border is a step toward greater national security. It protects against the trafficking of drugs and humans, which are critical issues that affect not only Arizona but the entire country. It’s about creating a controlled and secure environment where lawful entry and exit are maintained. I am committed to policies that uphold the integrity of our borders, respect the rule of law, and preserve the quality of life in Arizona. By ensuring our border is secure, we uphold our responsibility to our citizens and contribute to a safer, more orderly society.
5. Using taxpayer funds to support any organization that performs, promotes, or provides referrals for abortion. O
6. Allowing all parents to use tax credits and taxpayer funded empowerment scholarship accounts to enable their children to attend any private school, homeschool, or online academy of their choice. S* I advocate for empowering Arizona families with the freedom to choose the best educational paths for their children through tax credits and empowerment scholarship accounts. This policy allows parents to select from private schools, homeschooling, or online academies, ensuring every child has access to education that suits their unique needs. Educational choice encourages competition among schools, driving improvement and innovation by making schools more responsive to student needs. It also promotes fairness, giving children from all economic backgrounds the opportunity to attend schools that might otherwise be beyond their reach. By supporting these measures, we not only respect parental choice but also strengthen our educational system, ensuring it serves the diverse needs of all Arizona's families while maintaining high educational standards.
7. Legalizing physician-assisted suicide.

11. Requiring any government entity, including schools, to inform parents about their child’s physical, emotional, or mental health. S* I support the policy requiring government entities and schools to keep parents informed about their children’s physical, emotional, and mental health due to personal reasons deeply rooted in my family's own experiences with mental health issues. Having witnessed firsthand the challenges and the profound impact that timely intervention and support can have, I believe that informed parents are crucial to effectively addressing and managing health concerns. This policy fosters a collaborative environment where parents and professionals can work together to provide the necessary support and interventions that children need to thrive. Keeping parents in the loop not only empowers them to take proactive steps in their child's well-being but also strengthens the support system around our youth, ensuring they receive the care and attention necessary for their overall development.
12. Enhancing penalties for the sale and possession of fentanyl. S* I am unequivocally in favor of enhancing penalties for the sale and possession of fentanyl because this crisis demands urgent, decisive action. Fentanyl is not just another drug; it is an extraordinarily potent and deadly substance responsible for an alarming number of overdose deaths across our nation, including in our own communities. The scale and devastation of the fentanyl epidemic require a robust response to deter its distribution and misuse. By imposing stricter penalties, we send a clear message that our society will not tolerate the reckless endangerment of lives facilitated by the trafficking and possession of this lethal drug. Our commitment must be to safeguard our communities, protect our young people, and support our law enforcement in combating this grave threat. The enhanced penalties are crucial for holding offenders accountable, disrupting the supply chains, and ultimately, saving lives. We cannot afford to underestimate the severity of this issue or falter in our resolve. Our policies need to reflect the seriousness of the fentanyl crisis, and I stand firmly behind any measures that aim to stem its tide and protect the health and safety of our citizens.
