Meet the Candidate

Running For:
City Council
District:
District 7
Political Affiliation:
Independent
Phone:
602-319-9092
Age:
43
Occupation:
I am currently an Uber & Lyft driver because it allows for the flexible schedule during the campaign.
Family:
I am a single mother of a 15 year old son and 4 rescue dogs.
Religion:
I am Catholic and go to church every Sunday prior to the COVID - 19 pandemic. Will resume attendance when it is safe.
Statement:
I am running for City Council because I want to help the Community and be their voice which is what the position is intended. 2 years I had been going to City Council and Community meetings where my City Councilman was in attendance and I noticed that the voice of the Community was not being relayed to the City Council members as it was supposed to be. I am a regular hardworking person like each of you. I am not running to make a notch in my political belt, to get insider information because I am part of a development nonprofit group or to get rich. I am running to be the voice of the people in which this position was created.

8. Protecting a parent's right to seek professional counseling for their minor child with same-sex attraction or gender identity issues to help them reach their desired outcome O
9. Setting minimum wages above the state minimum wage O* If wagers are higher many will not be qualified for child/rent/other services that is greatly needed and they'll be in the same boat as before.
10. Protecting individuals and businesses from being required to use their artistic expression in a manner that violates their conscience S
