Statement:
I am seeking reelection to continue to set policy that will keep Glendale financially healthy and to improve the lives of our citizens with quality services at all levels, while at the same time keeping our property taxes at or below their current levels. It is essential to complete the rewrite of the building and nuisance codes to ensure equity and enjoyment of private property. In the same way that we support resident services, we must continue to develop business policy that will support economic development at all levels, create good paying jobs and bring in additional tax revenues to the community. Areas of improvements over the next few years includes parks, street maintenance, and public buildings maintenance.
