Between 2016 & 2019, DCS was weaponized against us after catching our caregiver stealing hours. I SUED, FOUGHT & WON against State Agencies DES/DDD/DCS, prevailing over their blatant violations & abuses of power. I protected our Innocence, basic Human/Civil Rights & Civil Liberties using Constitutional Law, ADA Title-II Section-504 and Parents' Rights under IDEA, FAPE, ARS 1-601 & ARS 1-602. I ran for office 2 weeks later to help you. I stand for NO Mandatory Vaccines, NO Contact Tracing, NO RedFlags, NO Tyranny! Im for Border Security, Pro-Life, U.S. Constitution, Education Reform, School Choice, Parents Rights, Lower Taxes, Tax Incentives, DCS Reform, Stop Human Trafficking, Stop Federal Only Voting, Create New Jobs, Mental Health Reform, Elderly Care Reform.... and make citizens rights transparent & enforceable!

1. Expanding background checks to include guns purchased from private individuals. O* Our rights to keep and bear arms comes from God, not from government background checks.
2. Adding “sexual orientation,” “gender identity,” or “gender expression” to the protected classes of race, religion, age, sex, and ancestry in nondiscrimination law. O* There is still a lot to learn and to discuss with regards to this topic.
3. Prohibiting abortion except when it is necessary to prevent the death of the mother. S* I am against abortion in all instances, but the mother can put it in writing to save the babys life over her own.
4. Allowing biological males that identify as transgender to play on female sports’ teams. O* I am for the rights of biological women competing against biological women.
5. Providing state funding or referrals to abortion entities that perform or refer for abortion. O* Absolutely not.
6. Reforming the Arizona tax code to enact a flat income tax rate. S* I would like to see tax reform on both a state and federal level, to lower or flatten both.
7. Allowing all parents to use tax credits, vouchers, or education savings accounts to enable their children to attend any public, charter, private, homeschool, or online academy. S* Support school choice. I believe that the ESA programs platform should be opened up an offered to all parents and children.
8. Legalizing physician-assisted suicide. -
9. Protecting a parent's right to seek professional counseling for their minor child with same-sex attraction or gender identity issues to help them reach their desired outcome. S* I believe in protecting parents rights 100%. Nobody knows what is best for their children better than they do.
10. Requiring public schools to teach comprehensive sex education. O* I have spent years studying comprehensive sex ed in detail and I strongly oppose it.
11. Protecting individuals and businesses from being required to provide services or use their artistic expression in a manner that violates their moral or religious beliefs. S* Absolutely.
12. Establishing electric retail competition to eliminate the current monopoly system for electric utilities. S* Citizens have a right to more choices, to include better transparency with solar power services.
