Distribution Policy
In an effort to steward resources, Center for Arizona Policy (CAP) adopted the following policy for the distribution of our printed 2012 Voter Guide.
This policy applies only to the printed guides as they are more expensive to produce. Promotional fliers and posters can be requested – or downloaded and printed – at azvoterguide.com. The fliers and posters promote the azvoterguide.com website where voters can either request a printed guide or enter their information and print a personalized guide.
Members of the public
- Can obtain up to 100 free copies of the guide.
- Can obtain additional copies for $25/100 ($0.25/guide), with a maximum of 1,000 copies.
- Should submit plans for distribution for any request over 500 copies for approval.
- Can print additional copies from the website at their own cost as long as the guide is printed in its entirety.
CAP Family Champions
- Can obtain up to 2,500 free copies of the guide upon CAP’s approval for use. Larger requests will cost $25/100 ($0.25/guide).
- Should submit plans for distribution for any request over 500 copies for approval.
- Can print additional copies from the website at their own cost as long as the guide is printed in its entirety.
Churches, Christian bookstores, Christian organizations, and Christian radio stations
- Can obtain unlimited copies at no cost per the discretion of CAP staff.
Candidates for Office
- Should submit plans for distribution for all requests for approval.
- Can obtain up to 100 free copies of the guide.
- Can obtain additional copies for $25/100 ($0.25/guide), with a maximum of 1,500 copies.
- Can print additional copies from the website at their own cost as long as the guide is printed in its entirety.
- May not serve as CAP’s representative to distribute and/or deliver CAP Voter Guides to churches and other CAP-authorized locations.
Center for Arizona Policy, Inc. reserves the right to approve distribution plans and limit number of copies on an individual basis.
